Cenaly Service combines two modes: “Waiter” — taking the order at the table and closing the bill, and “Monitor” — a floor screen with every order for the host or floor manager.
One line-up on Android and iOS: the same account, the same locations and data. The goal is the same features on both platforms; where the iOS version differs, it is said below.
Menu with search, one-tap requests (“No onion”, “Sauce on the side”), guests and courses, add-on orders kept as a draft until sent to the kitchen.
The reason for a call (“Bill, please”, “Water”) on the table tile; a “Needs attention” strip with a waiting timer and an “On my way” button.
A bill on screen for the guest, pre-check, a payment QR with live status, tips; payment goes through the till screen with the shift and receipt.
The order is saved on the device and reaches the kitchen when the connection returns; devices of the location exchange data over Wi-Fi.
A live feed of all active orders, dish statuses, calls and guests browsing the menu right now.
Shift start and break, personal totals: orders, revenue, tips, average check.
Updating works the same way: download the file again and install it over the old one; your sign-in is kept.
The same account as the web dashboard: email and password, a QR code for a shared device, and an authenticator code if two-factor protection is on. Staff only see the locations of their role.
