GloriaFood reaches end of life on April 30, 2027
The GloriaFood website states that GloriaFood will reach end of life on April 30, 2027, and that Oracle, its owner, will keep supporting existing customers until that date.
According to the same notice, Oracle does not offer a direct replacement and points customers to a third-party ordering provider. Which platform to move to is your choice: compare the options and do a test import before you decide.
Moving early keeps it calm: QR codes, website buttons and your Google Business Profile all need updating, and reprinting takes time.

GloriaFood end of life, according to the notice on its website.
Your restaurant website or GloriaFood ordering page — the importer finds your restaurant from it.
The menu with photos, hours, contacts and delivery zones appears in your account when the import finishes; progress is shown on screen. Check prices and options before publishing.
Replace the ordering buttons on your site and social profiles and print fresh QR codes.
The importer reads your restaurant’s public GloriaFood data (and your own website, for the look) and transfers:
176
dishes
18
categories
168
photos
7
delivery zones
In our test import of one real restaurant, 176 dishes in 18 categories, 168 photos and 7 delivery zones were transferred in one run, and its GloriaFood account stayed unchanged. Your result depends on your menu and on your plan’s limits.

No. The importer only reads publicly available data and changes nothing in GloriaFood. Your current ordering keeps working in parallel until you decide to switch.
It depends on the size of the menu and the number of photos. The import runs in the background and shows its progress on screen; afterwards, set aside time to check prices, options and delivery zones before publishing.
Order history, the customer list and coupons are not part of the public GloriaFood data. Export what you need from the GloriaFood admin panel; coupons can be set up again in your new dashboard.
