For personal trainers and small studios

Online booking for personal training

Clients choose a session and an available time. Trainers review their day in the journal; administrators reschedule visits and record attendance.

Basic booking is free; email automation, AI and payment services have separate terms.

Start with personal training using the Services by appointment profile.

Available now: individual booking through Services by appointment. Group classes have a separate rollout. Turnstiles, club cards and entry control are outside this workflow.

  • Duration and buffer per service
  • Each trainer’s hours and exceptions
  • Book by link without a separate website

What the trainer and studio should prepare

Personal services

Separate an introductory meeting from a regular session if their durations differ.

Actual availability

Enter each trainer’s hours, breaks and outside commitments. Set the location time zone.

Rescheduling procedure

Decide who replies to clients and updates bookings. Test guest cancellation with a trial visit.

Automation boundaries

Check shared-room availability separately until the beta resource workflow is accepted. The visit journal is not a club access system.

Your first workflow

  1. 1

    Describe a session

Choose Services by appointment. Add a personal training service, duration and buffer between clients.

  2. 2

    Set the trainer’s hours

Set the studio time zone, hours, breaks and trainer services. Block time used for other sessions.

  3. 3

    Test as a client

Book through your link, wait for confirmation and check the journal. Test rescheduling and cancellation before sharing the link.

Try your own example

Product steps, not testimonials or promised results.

Test the personal training journey

A documented workflow to test at your location, not acceptance results for your studio. Group booking and access control need separate verification.

  1. 1

    Trainer opens availability

Sets a service, schedule and breaks. Available times are calculated from those inputs.

    Hours and duration →
  2. 2

    Client submits a booking

Chooses a time by link; an administrator checks the response and the journal entry.

    Website booking →
  3. 3

    Staff complete the visit

Mark the outcome after training. This does not operate a turnstile or replace club membership management.

Today’s workflow and studio development

Now: independent trainer

Open a few available times around other work. Clients choose a session; you check and reschedule bookings as needed.

Now: personal training studio

Several trainers follow their own schedules. An administrator manages individual visits and handles studio coordination manually.

Rollout: group classes

Group schedules, capacity and waiting lists are a separate module under rollout. Discuss launch and payment support separately; registration does not enable a complete club system.

Example situations. Measure time and costs with your own operations.

What to consider before you start

  • The available core is individual booking, not the full operation of a fitness club.
  • Rooms, equipment, visit series and composite visits are beta; test your own workflow.
  • Group classes are under rollout. This page does not promise turnstiles, gym access control or recurring charges.
  • Online deposits require a supported connected payment provider in your country.

Test your workflow and required connections before migrating data.

Frequently asked questions

Which business type should I choose?

Choose Services by appointment. Sessions are services and trainers are specialists. This page does not add a separate Fitness business type.

Can I already sell places in group classes?

Group classes have a separate rollout. Until your launch is agreed, plan around individual trainer appointments; payment for group places also needs separate verification.

Are club memberships and turnstiles supported?

Visit packages exist in the platform, but are not equivalent to club membership, entry control or recurring payments. Turnstiles are outside this workflow.

Can I account for a shared room?

Rooms and equipment have a beta resource model. Verify availability and conflicts in your studio before using a shared room for online booking.

Does the client need an app or website?

You can share a booking link that opens in a browser. An existing website can also use the booking widget.
