Documents: Templates and AI-Assisted Filling
The "Documents" section is a builder for HR, contractual and warehouse paperwork: orders, employment contracts, supply agreements, powers of attorney and other documents a venue routinely needs. Open Admin Panel β Documents (admin.meni.ge/documents).
The section has two tabs: "Templates" and "Documents".
Templates: your own and from the catalog
The "Templates" tab has:
- Your own templates β created from scratch, with arbitrary placeholder fields (
{{field_name}}) inside the text. - Global catalog β a set of ready-made standard templates (HR orders, employment contract, supply agreement, service agreement, power of attorney for receiving goods, etc.), grouped by category β HR, suppliers, customers.
A catalog template can be added in two modes:

| Linked | The template stays synced with the catalog (updates arrive automatically), but its text can't be edited directly |
| Copy | The template is copied to your account and becomes fully editable, but stops receiving catalog updates |
Choose "Copy" if you plan to adjust the wording for your own needs, and "Linked" if you'd rather always have the up-to-date standard version.
Creating a working document
A working document (a specific order for a specific employee, a specific contract with a specific supplier, etc.) is created from a template β on the "Documents" tab. Each working document has its own set of field values, independent of other documents created from the same template.
Fields can be filled manually right in the form β or with AI assistance, as described below.
AI-assisted field filling
A working document has two ways to quickly fill fields with AI:
- Chat β describe the situation in plain language (e.g., "create a hiring order for waiter Ivanova starting August 1st, salary 45000") β the AI recognizes the relevant values and fills them into the template fields.
- Photo β take a photo of an already filled-out paper form, or of a passport/ID from which data needs to be transferred β the AI reads the text in the photo and fills the matching fields.
The AI does not invent values that aren't present in your description or the photo β unfilled fields stay empty and are highlighted in the preview, while fields filled by AI are marked separately so you can review them before printing.
Preview, print and PDF
Next to the form is a live A4 preview of the document: values are substituted into the template text as fields are filled, and unfilled {{placeholders}} are highlighted so you don't miss them.
The finished document can be:
- printed directly from the browser;
- exported to PDF β for emailing or archival storage.

FAQ
What's the difference between a "linked" template and a "copy"?
A linked template can't be edited directly, but automatically receives catalog updates. A copy is fully yours and editable, but catalog updates don't propagate to it.
Can the AI make up data that isn't in the photo?
No β filling is designed to never substitute values absent from your description or the photo. Such fields stay empty for manual filling.
Can I create several documents from one template?
Yes, you can create as many independent working documents from one template as you like β for example, a hiring order for each new employee.
How do I get a document on paper?
Open the working document and use the print button β your browser's standard print dialog opens with the A4 version of the document.
