rs.ge — Incoming Electronic Waybills
The rs.ge section is an integration with Georgia's Revenue Service. It's intended for the Georgian market only and lets you see incoming electronic waybills (ზედნადები) from your suppliers and confirm or reject them right in the admin panel — without logging into the rs.ge portal.
Open: Admin Panel → rs.ge (admin.meni.ge).
Connecting
If the service isn't connected yet, a step-by-step onboarding opens:
- Instructions — what you'll need to connect.
- Service credentials — the service username (
su) and password (sp), plus your tax ID. These are issued by rs.ge for API access. - IP check — rs.ge requires requests to come from an allowlisted IP address. This step shows the server IP and server time — that address must be added to the allowlist on the rs.ge side.
Once connected, the header shows the taxpayer's name and tax ID, the connection date and the last sync time. There's also a disconnect button here.
Working with waybills
In the waybills section you:
- pick a date range and refresh the list;
- see a table: number, supplier, date, amount, status;
- expand a waybill to view its line items — name, quantity, unit, price, amount;
- confirm or reject a waybill (with a warning before the action, since it affects tax records).
