Plans, balance, invoices and add-ons like a custom domain

Subscription

The Subscription section is about money and your plan: which plan you're on, what it includes, how to top up your balance, generate an invoice and add extra packages.

Plans#

A plan has exactly five numeric limits:

  • number of locations;
  • number of menu items;
  • number of devices (tablets, registers and screens paired by code);
  • number of orders per month;
  • number of auto-translation languages.

Everything else that differs between plans is capabilities rather than limits: access to AI features (dish photo generation), for instance, opens up on plans above free.

The starter plan is free — enough to get a QR menu up. Paid plans lift the limits and unlock advanced capabilities. Billing can be monthly or yearly — yearly billing comes with a 20% discount. A full comparison of plans and prices is on the pricing page.

Balance and payment#

  • Balance is shown by currency; the "Top Up" button increases it.
  • "Generate Invoice" — issue an invoice for payment (handy for companies and bank transfers).
  • Choosing a plan and period (monthly/yearly) is done right on the page; several payment providers are supported.

Dedicated PBX charges#

If you have a dedicated PBX, the page shows a "Dedicated PBX: daily charges" card — a log of the last month for all locations:

  • the total over 31 days and how much of it has already been deducted from the balance;
  • a row per day: the date (for a partial day — how many hours the server worked), the location (if you have several servers), the amount and the status — "charged", "to be charged", "free" (free access), "calculated, not charged" and so on;
  • the first 7 rows are shown at once, the rest via "Show all"; the "Server settings" link leads to the server card.

The server is charged per day: a full day of work costs the package price, a partial day (creation, shutdown, size change) — in proportion to the time worked; days follow UTC and appear in the log once they are over. If the log says "charges are currently only calculated", the amounts are computed but nothing is deducted from the balance yet. The same days for one location are also shown in the server card (Telephony → Server, the collapsed "Daily charges" block). Only the account owner sees this card.

Add-ons#

Beyond the plan, separate packages are available. For example, the "Own site" add-on — a subscription that lets you serve a location's menu on your own domain (monthly or yearly billing, separate payment methods). FAQ#

What's included in the free plan?#

A basic set to launch a QR menu, with limits on the number of locations, menu items, devices, orders per month and auto-translation languages. Exact limits are shown on the pricing page.

What's the benefit of yearly billing?#

Yearly billing gives a 20% discount compared with twelve monthly payments.

How do I connect my own domain?#

Can I pay by invoice?#
