🔗 ApiShip: one integration, many carriers

Russian carrier aggregator: self-service sign-up, login and password as keys, your own carrier contracts, limiting the carrier list.

Where it is set up: Control panel → “Shipments” → “Delivery services” button (or the location card → WEB → “Delivery services”).

What you need#

• an ApiShip account (self-service sign-up);
• contracts with the carriers you will ship with through ApiShip.

Getting the keys in the carrier account#

1. Sign up at a.apiship.ru.
2. In the account connect carriers and enter your contracts with them — ApiShip rates by your contracts.
3. Remember the account login and password: they are the API keys.

What to enter in the carrier card#

Check#

1. Click “Save”.
2. Click “Test connection”: rates appear under the card. “Mock mode” means the keys are not connected and the rates are demo.
3. Tick “Enable …” in the card — the carrier then appears to buyers at checkout.

Without keys and test mode#

Without a login requests go to ApiShip’s test environment: rates are calculated but no orders are created.

Common problems#

• No rates — no carrier is connected in the ApiShip account, or the carrier limit filtered them all out.
• Shop outside Russia — ApiShip aggregates Russian carriers only — it is of no use outside Russia.
