📮 Russian Post: rates without a key
Shipping cost from Russian Post’s public tariff calculator: only the post office postcode is needed, no contract or key.
Where it is set up: Control panel → “Shipments” → “Delivery services” button (or the location card → WEB → “Delivery services”).
What you need#
- the six-digit postcode of the post office you ship from.
Getting the keys in the carrier account#
- Nothing to obtain: rates come from the public tariff.pochta.ru calculator, which answers without a contract or keys.
What to enter in the carrier card#
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Enable Russian Post shipping | turn on so buyers see Russian Post at checkout |
| Sender postcode | the six digits of your post office postcode |
Check#
- Click “Save”.
- Click “Test connection”: rates appear under the card. “Mock mode” means the keys are not connected and the rates are demo.
- Tick “Enable …” in the card — the carrier then appears to buyers at checkout.
Without keys and test mode#
There is no test mode and none is needed: rates are always real.
Common problems#
- “Test connection” is disabled — the postcode must be exactly six digits.
- The price differs from the post office — the calculator uses the public tariff, without your contract discounts and packaging — a guide for the buyer.
