Glovo Integration

Connecting your restaurant to the Glovo platform to receive delivery orders.


1. Overview

Glovo is the largest delivery platform in Southern Europe, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia (25+ countries). Integration with Meni allows you to:

  • Sync the menu β€” changes in Meni are updated in Glovo
  • Receive orders β€” orders from Glovo flow into the unified Meni system
  • Manage the stop list β€” unavailable items are hidden in Glovo as well
  • Unified analytics β€” Glovo data in a single dashboard

2. Requirements

  • βœ… Meni account (plan Basic or higher)
  • βœ… Active Glovo for Partners account
  • βœ… Access to the Glovo Manager Portal (managers.glovoapp.com)
  • βœ… Store ID from Glovo (from your dashboard or from your manager)

3. Step-by-step setup

Step 1. Get connection details from Glovo

  1. Log in to the Glovo Manager Portal
  2. Go to Settings β†’ Integrations
  3. Write down your Store ID (unique location identifier)
  4. Request from your Glovo manager:
    • API Token for the integration
    • Confirmation that POS integration has been activated

πŸ’‘ With Glovo, the integration is activated on Glovo's side. Your manager must enable "POS Integration" for your location.

Step 2. Connect in Meni

  1. Settings β†’ Integrations β†’ Delivery β†’ Glovo
  2. Click Connect
  3. Enter:
    • Store ID
    • API Token
  4. Click Test connection
  5. If successful: Save

Step 3. Menu mapping

Glovo uses its own catalog structure. After connecting:

  1. The system will suggest automatic mapping of categories
  2. Verify the match:

  1. Adjust manually if needed
  2. Click Sync menu

Step 4. Configure orders

4. Working with orders

Order flow

Guest orders in the Glovo app
       ↓
Order arrives in Meni (tagged 🟠 Glovo)
       ↓
Appears on the KDS screen
       ↓
Kitchen prepares β†’ marks "Ready"
       ↓
Glovo receives the signal β†’ courier (glovers) picks up

Glovo order specifics

  • Marked with an orange label 🟠
  • The Glovo courier arrives at the readiness time you specify
  • Glovo Express orders require preparation within 15 minutes
  • You can reject an order with a reason

5. Pricing

Separate prices for Glovo

  2. Set the price for Glovo (usually +20–30% to cover the commission)

6. Glovo promotions

You can participate in Glovo promotions:

  • Delivery discount β€” Glovo reduces the delivery fee
  • 2 for 1 β€” configured via Glovo Manager
  • Promo codes β€” created in the Glovo Manager Portal
  • Glovo Prime β€” your restaurant appears in a selection for subscribers

Promotion data is displayed in Meni analytics.


7. Availability management

  • Glovo pause: button in the dashboard β†’ pause for 30/60/120 min
  • Schedule: separate working hours for Glovo
  • Holidays: disable for specific dates
  • Auto-pause: when the kitchen is overloaded (> N active orders)

Analytics β†’ filter "Channel: Glovo":

  • Orders: count, average check, conversion
  • Popular items on Glovo
  • Preparation time: average, median
  • Glovo rating (if available via API)
  • Comparison: Glovo vs direct orders vs Wolt

How do I connect multiple locations to Glovo?

Each location in Meni is connected separately with its own Store ID. For chains, configure from the master account.

Glovo shows different prices β€” what should I do?

Check the markup setting: Settings β†’ Integrations β†’ Glovo β†’ Markup. Force sync: "Update menu in Glovo" button.

Can I use Glovo + Wolt + my own delivery?

Yes. All channels work in parallel. Orders from different channels are color-labeled: 🟠 Glovo, 🟣 Wolt, πŸ”΅ Direct.
