9. FAQ

How do I connect Yandex Eats + Glovo at the same time?

Each platform is connected independently. Orders from different platforms are color-labeled: πŸ”΄ Yandex Eats, 🟠 Glovo, 🟣 Wolt, πŸ”΅ Direct.

The Yandex Eats manager is not responding

Write to partners@eda.yandex.ru including the Restaurant ID and a request for API integration. Typical response time is 3–5 business days.

Can I sync only part of the menu?

Yes. In each item's settings there is a "Show on Yandex Eats" flag. You can exclude expensive or highly perishable items.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Meni pauses Yandex Eats orders. When connectivity is restored, it resumes automatically. If the pause is > 15 minutes, Yandex Eats temporarily hides the restaurant in the catalog.
