Table QR Codes and Device Codes
The Codes section (admin.meni.ge) brings together everything about QR codes and device pairing. It's split into tabs by the purpose of the codes.
Guest codes (tables)
A guest code is a QR the guest scans at the table; it leads to a short address like c.meni.ge/CODE and opens the menu. For each code you set:
- a name (e.g. "Table 5") and a location;
- a service fee — fixed or percentage;
- the menu languages available through this code;
- a menu override — this code can show a special set of dishes (a dedicated "per-table menu");
- a delivery/pickup override — its own delivery terms (base fee, free from a threshold, minimum order, radius, ETA).
Each code shows its status (active/disabled), how many times it was used and when it was last used. A code can be added manually or by scanning an existing one.
Printing: sheets and posters
QR codes can be printed conveniently:
- as sheets — several codes per page;
- as posters and table tents — the generator supports various paper sizes (A4, A3 and up to A0, plus Letter), portrait and landscape orientation, footer captions and styling.
That way you can quickly prepare QR codes for all tables or a large sign with a single code.
Device codes
On the "Devices" tab you create one-time pairing codes — to "attach" a tablet or monitor to your venue: a menu tablet, an order monitor, a kitchen display (KDS) and so on. The flow is simple: create a code, open the login link with that code on the device — and the device connects to the right location without entering a username and password.

FAQ
Why is a guest code better than one shared link?
A code can set a service fee, its own delivery terms and even a special set of dishes for a particular table or area — more flexible than a single link for the whole venue.
Can I print all the codes at once?
Yes, sheet mode places several codes per page; for a single code there are posters and table tents in various sizes.
How do I connect a tablet or monitor?
Create a code on the "Devices" tab and open the login link with that code on the device — pairing happens automatically.
