Facebook Ads β Advertising Management Dashboard
The Facebook Ads section is a dedicated dashboard for managing and analyzing all of a location's Facebook/Instagram ad boosts. Open Admin Panel β Facebook Ads (admin.meni.ge/fb-ads).
This section does not create new campaigns β boosting a post remains in Facebook Posts, which links directly here. Facebook Ads is the control center for campaigns that already exist: overview, comparison, bulk actions and deep analytics.
KPIs and trends
At the top of the dashboard are tiles with key metrics (spend, clicks, impressions, CTR, CPC, etc.) and trend charts for the selected period. Data is computed across all active and completed campaigns of the location at once, grouped by currency if you have multiple ad accounts in different currencies.
Period-over-period comparison is available β deltas on each tile are color-coded based on what the metric means (rising CPC/CPM is bad, rising CTR/clicks is good, spend/frequency is neutral).
Campaign comparison table
Below is a table of all campaigns with sorting, filtering, search, and a per-campaign daily breakdown:
- Manage directly from the table β activate or pause a single campaign or several at once (bulk action), with a confirmation step whenever a budget change touches real spend.
- Budget editing is available only for paused campaigns β to avoid accidentally increasing active spend.
- CSV export β separate exports for overall metrics, daily series, and breakdowns.
- Direct links to Meta Ads Manager for each campaign.
Audience and placement breakdowns
A dedicated "Audience & Placements" section shows performance by:
- age/gender;
- platform and placement position (Facebook/Instagram feed, Stories, etc.);
- region.
Breakdowns are loaded on demand (lazy-loaded) and, unlike the overall metrics, don't auto-refresh.
Delivery diagnostics and recommendations
The dashboard flags campaigns with delivery issues (disapproved, has issues, ad account disabled, pending review) β visible right away, without opening Ads Manager.
The recommendations block compares campaigns against each other (best CTR / worst CPC at a sufficient volume of impressions), flags active campaigns with no impressions for several days in a row, and watches budget pacing.

FAQ
Can I launch a new ad campaign here?
No, creating and launching a post boost happens in Facebook Posts. Facebook Ads is a dashboard for managing and analyzing campaigns that are already running.
Are budget changes applied immediately?
Budget can only be edited on a paused campaign β this protects against accidentally increasing active spend.
Does the data update in real time?
Overall metrics for active campaigns auto-refresh every 60 seconds. Audience and placement breakdowns load only on demand.
Do I need a separate Facebook ad account?
Yes, the dashboard requires the Facebook integration to be connected (see Facebook Posts) β without it, the section shows a prompt to connect.
